PLASTIC PRODUCTION

In the mass production of electronic devices, the production facilities work continuously. Machine parts wear out and must be replaced. By replacing wear parts with PLASTMASS™ PEEK (Polyetheretherketone), you can extend the life of your machine parts and thus reduce maintenance costs. Our high-performance plastics are specially designed for wear resistance and antistatic properties. The extremely low coefficient of friction of our plastics makes the lubrication of the parts obsolete in many cases.

PLASTIC PARTS

Thanks to their physically enormous robustness and chemical resistance, our plastics can increase the reliability and lifespan of electronic devices. Our plastics can be used for example for sensor housings that are exposed to chemical influences or high temperatures. In addition, our plastics enable the production of printed circuit boards in any shape and size. Our PLASTMASS™ PEEK (Polyetheretherketone) can reduce the weight of the product by almost 70% (depending on the starting position).

With injection molding, the circuits can also be incorporated directly into the plastic.

  • Our plastic can be used for parts that have the following criteria: high strength, high temperature resistance, resistant to high impact loads, high fatigue limit, resistant to hydrolysis, resistant to weather influences; is suitable for welding and gluing
