About ZEDEX ZX-750 Plastics

ZEDEX-750 is a thermoplastic material based on polyimide.
The latest development in the field of materials for high speeds and temperatures. Especially suitable for sliding speeds over 200m/min and temperatures over 300°C.

Advantages of ZEDEX-750 (polyimide) over PEEK (polyesteresterketone):

10 times higher PV value, better results of work without lubrication.
The impact strength of the incised sample is 5 times better.
20-80 times higher wear resistance when working from +100°C.

Application Temperature

Our ZEDEX-750 plastic is suitable for applications in a temperature range from -250°C to 300°C.
