ZEDEX ZX-324 Rods

Our ZEDEX ZX-324 rods are ideally suited for the production of plastic parts that are exposed to very high mechanical and thermal loads. ZEDEX-324 high-performance rods are also very resistant to most organic and inorganic chemicals. Modified ZX-324 rods are characterized by even higher mechanical strength, hardness or creep resistance. Due to their extremely high load limits, ZX-324 rod modifications can replace machine and system parts made of bronze, special steel and cast iron in a wide variety of applications. Especially when it comes to saving weight, ZX-324 is the ideal replacement for prefabricated metal parts. The reinforced ZX-324 rods are not influenced by linear expansion and absorb vibrations and shocks. ZX-324 rods are available from us in different sizes and in the colors natural and black. We also manufacture finished parts for you from our ZX-324 plastic.

Application Temperature

 

Our ZEDEX ZX-324 rods are suitable for applications in a temperature range from -60 °C to 250 °C.
