Our ZEDEX-100K has strong mechanical properties and high fatigue limits, making it an ideal plastic material for technical applications. Due its resistance to motor oils, gasoline and diesel fuel makes it suitable for applications in engine rooms. In addition, the material is free of PTFE and silicones, making it suitable for drinking water systems. Despite its strong mechanical properties, the material is still easy to process and can be bonded and welded.
The ZEDEX-100K plastic withstands temperatures between -100 °C and 100 °C and is weather resistant. At the same time it is resistant to weak acids and alkalis.
